SK unique and Malgus lead are non-negotiable on GAC front. If your guild doesn't care about omicrons, they are fair game for you then. IMO Starkiller's Unique is necessary, the others are quite simply a luxury. The buff dispel is nice but there are few times that I have found where you really need it.
